Having managed the workplace violence prevention program at a Fortune 50 organization, we bring years of experience in assisting organizations in developing a defensible program that exceeds the national standard as developed by ASIS. We provide training specifically tailored to your organization in workplace violence prevention with a focus on the recognition and reporting of behavioral indicators as a best practice. Training includes the Run-Hide-Fight response, with prevention as the primary focus of any Active Assailant training. Threat Assessment & Threat Management
As Certified Threat Managers (ATAP) we provide expertise in the area of assessing and managing persons of concern. The concept of threat assessment is to prevent targeted violence by identifying pathways of ideas and behaviors that may lead to violence and developing mitigations strategies to manage the threat.
